To make Employee Benefits - Simple Once Again, we needed client partners that were willing to push the envelope and create something different for their organizations & the employees that they serve.

Shea Insurance is outside of the norm. We aren't retiring or playing golf. We work hard for our clients and want vendor partners that are willing to try something new. If you JUST want to be on our quote list for RFP's, we aren't a good fit to begin with. Rather, if you have something that separates you from your competitors... we want to hear about it.
